1. Who we are
AedahTrust is provided by Nicso Technology LLC-FZ, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"). These terms apply to the website and the apps at aedahtrust.com.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secrets safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Team owners are responsible for the members they invite.
3. The vault is zero-knowledge
We cannot read, reset or recover your personal vault. If you lose your master password and Secret Key, your personal vault contents are lost. Shared team vaults can be restored by your team's recovery group.
4. Electronic signatures
Sign produces electronic signatures with an audit trail and a tamper-evident seal. Whether a signature is valid or enforceable depends on the document, the parties and the applicable law. We do not provide legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no storing data you have no right to hold, no attacks on the service, no sharing of credentials you are not authorised to share, no use of Card for spam.
6. Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the law of your country of residence.
7. Data and export
Your data is yours. You can export it and delete your account at any time from Settings. We keep backups for a limited period after deletion.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features with notice; we will not reduce the security of the vault.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of vault contents caused by lost master passwords or Secret Keys.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, unless the law of your residence gives you other rights.
