I lost my master password

Your personal vault is zero-knowledge: nobody, including us, can reset it. Use your Emergency Kit (it holds your Secret Key). If you belong to a team, its recovery group can restore your access to shared vaults only.

Where is my Secret Key?

In the Emergency Kit you downloaded when you created the vault, and in Vault → Settings on a device that is already unlocked.

How do I add a 2FA code?

Open the login in Vault, choose "Add one-time password", then scan the QR code with your camera or paste the secret.

How do I verify a signed document?

Open the verify page, drop the sealed PDF or enter its fingerprint. The page checks the file and shows the certificate.

How does someone save my card?

They open your card page or scan your QR and tap "Save contact". A standard vCard downloads and opens in their contacts app.

Billing, invoices and VAT

Settings → Billing lists every invoice. UAE VAT is shown separately. Business plans can pay by bank transfer.
